There is great strength and depth within the management team. Strength – as a direct result of the company policy of giving every staff member an annual review and a personal development plan. Strong evidence of career progression within Insider in every division has given transparency to the company policy of promoting from within whenever possible. As a result staff retention levels are high, including within the sales division. There are deputy managers in place below key commercial and operational managers adding further strength when holiday periods take key staff out of the business temporarily.
Depth – Flowing from the high levels of experience gained by the long-serving senior management team, ensures quality of management within the company. Of the eight senior managers all have served more than five years and most have enjoyed between 12-16 years of managing Insider products and markets.
